Easytone, It's Just THAT Easy.

I have found the one, the one I want to spend the rest of my life with... well as far as workout footwear goes. Recently I purchased a pair of Reebok Easytones and I adore them. Reebok's latest footwear for women launched this year and advertises that by simply wearing Easytones you can achieve a better butt and better legs with every step. The trick is their patented sole technology, which emulates walking on sand. Easytone brads it can improve muscle tone in the hamstrings, calves, and glutes up to 28%, it comes in a variety of colors blacks, greens, pinks, blues, and is not only fashionable but functional as a running shoe. How is this possible you may ask? Dr. Ethan J. Ciment, a surgical podiatrist at The Chelsea Foot & Ankle Center in Manhattan says "These types of shoes have a sensor (or a roll bar) toward the heel of the shoe that make the shoes somewhat 'unstable,'" Ciment said. This 'rolling' action from the heel strike forces the user to activate under-utilized muscles that are not as easy to engage when walking in conventional shoe gear. In this way, it simulates the act of walking barefoot. When wearing shoes with this kind of roll bar, you take smaller strides, step onto a more bent/flexed knee, and push off with a straight leg. All of this activates your hamstrings and glutes." Easy tones run at around $100.00 at any location that sells Reebok footwear. Even though we spend so much time trying to look our best with makeup and the perfect party top, it's important to remember that the 'wrapping' is temporary and only conceals the greater gift which is your own body. Treat your body as you would an orginal Valentino dress, it is the only one you have and will ever have!
